Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Dimensa Labs, Inc. They cover this website, the waitlist, the Dimensa studio and the Dimensa API (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.

Beta and waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access by a particular date. Beta features may change, break or be removed, and are provided as is. Founding member offers apply to the first paid subscription created from your waitlist invitation and remain valid while that subscription stays active.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use the Service. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.

Ownership of your inputs and outputs

• Inputs: you keep all rights to the prompts, images and sketches you provide, and confirm you have the rights to use them.
• Paid plans: you own the models you generate and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
• Free plan: outputs are published to the public gallery under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license.

Because generative models can produce similar results for similar prompts, outputs may not be unique and other users may create comparable models.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual property, to recreate trademarks or protected characters you do not have rights to, to produce content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, weapons designed to cause harm, or material that harasses others. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the models, overload the Service or bypass rate limits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period. Yearly plans can be refunded pro rata within 30 days of purchase. Credits have no cash value and unused monthly credits expire after one rollover month.

Our property

The Service, including the Prism models, software, website and brand, belongs to Dimensa and its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Dimensa's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If changes are material we will notify you by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect.
