Privacy Policy

Summary

Dimensa Labs, Inc. ("Dimensa", "we", "us") builds tools that turn text, images and sketches into 3D models. We collect as little personal data as we need to run the service, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, an optional answer to "what will you make", a referral code and the date you joined.
• Contact form: your name, email, optional company, topic and message.
• Account and studio usage (once you have access): profile details, prompts, uploaded images and sketches, generated models, billing information handled by our payment processor, and product usage events.
• Technical data: IP address and basic request logs used for security and rate limiting, kept for a short period.

How we use it

• To manage your waitlist spot and email you when your access is ready.
• To reply to your messages and provide support.
• To operate, secure and improve the Dimensa studio and API.
• To send product updates, which you can unsubscribe from in one click.

Our legal bases are your consent (waitlist and marketing), the performance of a contract (providing the service) and our legitimate interests (security and product improvement).

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Dimensa, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and payment processing, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your content and model training

Prompts, uploads and models in private workspaces are yours. We do not use private content from paid plans to train our models. Content published to the public gallery on the free plan may be used to improve quality and safety systems, and you can opt out in settings.

Retention

Waitlist data is kept until you get access or ask to be removed. Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of closure, except where we must keep records for legal reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email privacy@dimensa.ai and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it, protected by single sign on and audited. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please write to security@dimensa.ai.

Cookies and storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's session storage to remember your waitlist confirmation between pages. Fonts and some libraries are loaded from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which receive your IP address as part of the request.
