Questions, answered
When does Dimensa launch?
Early access opens in waves for waitlist members ahead of our public launch, planned for Q1 2027. Waitlist members get access first and keep founding member pricing.
Who owns the models I generate?
You do. On paid plans you own your outputs and can use them commercially, including in games, products and client work. Free plan outputs are published under CC BY 4.0. See our terms for the details.
Was Prism-2 trained on artists' work without consent?
No. Our training set is built from licensed libraries and assets we commissioned directly. Contributing artists receive an ongoing royalty from a revenue share pool.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy a top up at any time starting at $5 for 500 credits, or upgrade your plan. Unused monthly credits roll over for one month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the period. Yearly plans can be refunded pro rata within the first 30 days.
Do you offer education or nonprofit discounts?
Verified schools get Creator free during our launch year, and nonprofits get 50% off any plan. Email hello@dimensa.ai to apply.
