Crypto payments take a few network confirmations. If it has been over 30 minutes and the invoice is still pending, open a Discord ticket with your order ID and we will trace the transaction.

Open your dashboard, find the order, click "Request refund". A team member reviews requests within 24 hours. Have a look at our refund policy first so you know what we can and cannot cover.

Yes. Open a Discord ticket and we will set up a manual UPI payment for you. Crypto is the default for instant automation.
