You can request a refund in any of these situations:
Your order was not delivered within 7 days of payment confirmation.
The service delivered was significantly different from what was advertised on the product page.
A duplicate payment happened because of a technical error on our end.
Not refundable
We cannot issue refunds in any of these cases:
You change your mind after placing an order.
You provided an incorrect username, link or server that prevented delivery.
Partial drops in followers, likes or members after a successful delivery. Our refill warranty handles those separately.
Account suspensions or bans caused by you violating a platform's terms of service.
Order cancellations
Orders begin processing the moment payment confirms. That is how delivery starts within minutes. Because of that:
Once an order starts processing, it cannot be cancelled.
If you ask to cancel before processing begins (while the invoice is still pending), open a Discord ticket immediately and we will try to accommodate.
How to request a refund
Fastest path:
Open your dashboard, find the order, click "Request refund".
Write a few sentences about what went wrong. We read every one.
Decision lands in your dashboard within 24 hours.
Prefer to email? Include your order number, the service purchased, and your reason. Or open a ticket in our Discord.

By purchasing from BoostHaus you agree to this Refund Policy. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect fraudulent or abusive behaviour, such as coordinated chargeback campaigns, account takeover refunds, or pattern abuse.
